Yeasty bread, fresh earth, and mushroom on the nose. Medium bodied, but full for a Pinot Noir. Medium + acidity to balance reasonable sweetness. Game meat and smoke against dates and figs. Lingers with a lot more tannin than expected and extended smoke for the finish. Lots of complexity.
