Mash Bill is 64% corn 24% wheat, 12% malted barley so has a nice balance of smooth and sweetness. 100 proof. Single barrel, 278 bottles made.

Finally...a small batch artisanal bourbon producer in Kentucky that hasn’t sold out or taken the easy road to market (like sourcing from MGP). Wheated, bonded, and improved thru modern science. Better than Pappy for 1/10th the cost.

Nose has corn, reminding of how it smells freshly harvested on the farm. Some light honey. The palate is broadly sweet too, with almost no burn in the finish. Very drinkable and leaves a medium sweetness in the mouth. Not complex, but an easy sipper. I might get bored with it after a while, but a pleasant dram.
