Bottled In Bond Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Nose has corn, reminding of how it smells freshly harvested on the farm. Some light honey. The palate is broadly sweet too, with almost no burn in the finish. Very drinkable and leaves a medium sweetness in the mouth. Not complex, but an easy sipper. I might get bored with it after a while, but a pleasant dram. — 4 years ago

Mild corn on the nose, blandly so, almost. Higher proof gives this one more of a bit. You can feel the higher proof in the mouth but it doesn't bring any complexity of flavor. While nothing wrong with it, there's just not a whole lot to write home about. — 4 years ago
