Jul 9th, 20162014. Pax works his magic yet again. There is great concentration with this rose, unique in that it's mostly Dolcetto but has good depth of red and citrus fruits. Better as it warms.

Nice weight coinciding with a lil grip. And it still has all the fruit your looking for.

This is interesting. The nose is like strawberry fruit punch but the palate is a tingly spicy citrus juice with a bit of darker fruit on the finish. Will rate it later, because I'm still figuring this out.
