May 25th, 2020Juicy strawberries mixed with apple juice. I’m wondering if i add banana and ice if this will become the perfect smoothie? just teasing, but reminiscent of my favorite Jamba Juice. A bit harsh on the finish though so not as gulpable as I remember.

Jul 4th, 2018This is actually all Dolcetto from Fox Hill Vineyard. Gorgeous coral color with a nose full of strawberries. Can't quite comment on palate since I'm eating mildly spicy Thai food, but there's some great acidity here and slightly juicy. Maybe some apple mixed with those strawberries? Will revisit another time, but this is super gulpable!
