I received this bottle in my latest sample pack from the GPD team (thank you). The @wildandwilderwines ‘The Courtesan’ Riesling comes from the Clare Valley in South Australia.
In the glass it’s the colour of the first light in the morning (Mr Spittoon has got this tasting note business sorted hey?). On the nose I pick up lemon 🍋& lime sherbet, florals and honey. While in the mouth it’s soft and supple with juicy refreshing fruits. It has a lovely dry, refreshing citrus burst on the finish that keeps you going back for more 😋
