Apr 16th, 2021Medium ruby red with a wide brim. Big nose of ripe red fruits, plenty of oak, and baking spices. I love these entry level Napa Cabs. There’s a simplicity and ease with these stalwart labels. Round tannins, medium acidity, and nice structure and weight on the mid palate. On the palate there’s more fruit going on. Cherries, plums, dried strawberries, and raspberries show. There’s also more oak and a pronounced floral character on the finish. Solid offering.
