Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

2007 vintage opened on May 2018. Kept in my cellar since its released. It aged wonderfully, well balanced and beautiful ruby color. Berries and earthyness combined ending in a complex but yet pleasant finish. Could safely age longer. Definetly get one and enjoy it with a rare steak or even with a chocolate rasberry chocolate treat.

This was PnP and was decent Napa cab.

'07 vintage - like the others said - burns a bit on the back end - some fruit; seems to get better with more time.

Smooth finish - black current and some fruit - delicious

2007 Napa vintage has always been great. This Whitehall Cab is no exception. Great red fruit with long smooth finish..

Had the 2007 vintage on January 3rd, 2015. Very fruit-forward and jammy, sweet, without any typical cab sav boldness. Smooth, but quick on the palate... almost zero finish. Perhaps not packing a lot of depth, yet incredibly pleasant. I am sad that it is no longer available in my area (I have been saving this for almost two years).

Enjoyed overall, but did not shack my socks. Soft and integrated, lacked the length to finish I was looking for.

My favorite mid-priced Napa cab. You can count on every vintage being solid.

Gonna wait a couple years but it should drink nicely!
