Super nice wine! In the glass it is very dark, not transparent at all. Smells more meaty than fruity. I expected it to be harsh w heavy tannins, but this is a beautiful wine. Smooth, rich, and lush with a lingering finish. Tastes like bloody dark berries. We’ve paired it w French onion soup, and both the soup and the wine are enhanced by this union.
