Morning Fog Livermore Valley Chardonnay

Im@not a huge fan of Chardonnay but honestly, I really like this one! It's not dry, it's just sweet enough without being too sweet.

Wente Morning Fog Chardonnay 2013 Great sipping wine. Lots of green apple and some oak.

Quite a punch vibrant style, leesy, ripe nectarine, quite sweet fruit. Full style, sweet, juicy ripe fruit, leesy, creamy and lightly the toasty. Good drinking.

Creamy, butter, nutty spice, oak.

Pours daffodil in color. ON THE NOSE: butter, Apple and pear. ON THE PALATE: crisp pear and apple, cantaloupe. Light body with a medium finish.

Consumer friendly Chard. Medium-bodied with a creamy texture and loads of slightly smoked pineapple, coconut, butter, and nut notes.,

Heavy oak. Chard that would pair beautifully with mild cheeses and antipasto

Aromas of citrus fruits & green apple; a crisp mouthfeel with a finish that bursts of lemon. Light oaky-vanilla develops as the bottle opens up. A tiny tinge of sweetness; must be from the 2% Gewürztraminer added.

California, no doubt about it.

Wente Vineyards 2013 Morning Fog Chardonnay. Slightly toasty on the nose and palate. You know it has been Oaked slightly.
