Maybe my new favorite wine. Beautiful pomegranate red, light and complex flavors - acidic, raspberry, tart cherries, sunshine... 60% Chardonnay, 40% merlot. It’s like these two grapes are dancing a beatific tango in my mouth. “Direct pressed Chardonnay onto whole cluster Merlot, co-fermented. Six month elevate in neutral barrels”
