This wine has challenged my understanding of pairings each time I've had it. Beef cheeks? Ja wohl....elevated and ethereal. More please. There IS a Riesling for everything.

Melon, flowers, honey. Some lemon on the palate. Off dry balanced by high acidity. Med plus body. Longgggg finish with lovely minerality. Lovely.

Starting off #obx light and easy. Green apple, honeysuckle, orange peel, hints of the oiliness to be, slate, sweet but really balanced with a tangy lemony acidic finish. Really like this.
