Shy nose upon opening, perhaps due to serving right out of the fridge.
Great balance and freshness on the palate. Lovely notes of applesauce, mandarin, maracuja, candyshop and soft spices.

This 2013 Riesling Auslese was delicious! Sweet but not too thick on the mouth feel. It kept its acidity and kept its flavor characteristics with a bit of honey/caramel added to it. 👍🏽🍷
