On the palate the viniferous energy races, but the plush stewed strawberries slow it down. If you want to pound this, you do you, but also savor it, if you can help yourself.

May 17th, 2022Beautiful pink grapefruit color with bright strawberry and apple flavors. With a nice acid finish that is pairing nicely with my spicy yellow curry. Interesting varietal for a rosé. A little too much residual sugar (though considered dry) for me keeps it from sensational. Would still get again.

Really enjoyable casual rosé and cool grape - aromas of rhubarb, unripe strawberries. A hint of that savory minerality (a #FLX thing? Seneca/Weis terroir thing?) and watermelon. Short finish.
