Deidesheimer Hofstück Feinherb Spatlese Gewürztraminer

Rather dry and mineral gewurtztraminer. Not typical for this house. And then call it feinherb spatlese???
Bottle needs a few hours of air to lose the sharp edges. It also has some firm bitters that soften after some time, but that is more like next day. I’ll leve it for another year, perhaps it’ll integrate more.

Very herby gewurtztraminer. And even though is is spatlese feinherb not too sweet. Firm bitters. Creamy mouth feel.
