Silky mouthfeel with Mosel typical florality but backed up with decent acidity. Medium long taste. Great for pairing with lighter asian food with some hot elements. We had a poke bowl with raw salmon and the hottnes comming from sriracha sauce which paired great.

I love this wine! It has transpired my love of white wine. Very smooth, sweet, but high acidity breaks up the sweetness. LOVE!!!
