Silky mouthfeel with Mosel typical florality but backed up with decent acidity. Medium long taste. Great for pairing with lighter asian food with some hot elements. We had a poke bowl with raw salmon and the hottnes comming from sriracha sauce which paired great.

Nov 11th, 2018I love this wine! It has transpired my love of white wine. Very smooth, sweet, but high acidity breaks up the sweetness. LOVE!!!
