Aug 22nd, 2022The wacky field blend that drinks like 1er Cru white burgundy. Stunning nose of ethereal minerals, apple skins, herbals, pulverized stones and a light floral perfume. Gorgeous. Palate is juicy and super elegant with lovey apricot and apple fruit skin flavors. So pure and just perfectly balanced. Very very elegant. This is so easy to drink but also has gamey and smokey flavors that add to the complexity. What a finish the fruit/perfume clings to one’s palate. Nose is an elite spice perfume bazaar. A wonderful wine. Great acidity and intense mouth coating minerality juxtaposed with wonderful fruit skins. Lovely lingering persistence.
