German Savagnjn. Let’s go! Nose has that wooly Savagnin thing but with crystalline clarity. Unreal wafting minerals. Some nougat and hints of caramel. So much aroma. Palate is dense and rich but also ephemeral and pointed. Structured to a T and this has a delicate tannic structure. Awesome purity, freshness and incredible depth and drinkability. As this airs the acidity comes into focus and it has wonderful grip and focus.

Palate: jumpy minerals. Delicious. Great acidity. Elegantly rich.
