Österreich Cabernet Sauvinon Rosé

Crisp yet fuller than most roses. Light raspberry notes, maybe strawberry too. Nose is a little floral. Not meaty-smelling or tasting.

Liquid warmth on a windy day. Apricot and grapefruit, nice legs.

Very enjoyable full body rose care of the Cabernet Sauvignon. Smooth taste of raspberries with a slight creamy taste. This wine has a Nice crisp acidic finish. This will pair nicely with prosciutto , fish & it’s very pleasant on its own.
