Had this vintage awhile back and it might be shut down: reductive nose, quite tight & angular - all knees & elbows
Feb 9th, 2025Don’t drink enough Austrian Riesling - probably because I don’t see it very often. This was dazzling w/greenish hue to a pale straw color w/vivid lemon & lime fruit & their blossoms, and tons of slate & stones. Palate was laser focused, nervy acidity, polished presentation, refreshing bracing and a sweet spot of fruit from the nose before ending bone dry. I might buy a few to lay down
