Lots of stone fruit and grapefruit. Nice acid and minerality. Was expecting a bit more different as it was very Sauvignon Blanc overall. But went really well with a spring dish.

Pale lemon in color.

Pepery nose of grapefruits, bitter herbs, green pepper, light white flowers, white pepper and biter almonds.

Medium-bodied and crisp with high acidity.

Dry on the palate with grapefruits, limes, bitter herbs and white pepper.

Long finish with bitter almonds and black pepper.

This Austrian Grüner is a good food wine. Simple, refreshing and crisp with bright acidity. Not a sipping wine, though.

I paired it with spicy pasta.

12.5% alcohol by volume.

Fruit focused- lemon-lime, touch of spicy ginger, citrus blossom, ripe/crushed stone fruit bordering tropical, and grapefruit candy. Clean and precise; perfectly enjoyable, though not super "gruner-y" to me.

Dry, tiny bit of effervescence. Nice acidity and balanced minerality. Good stuff.

Fantastic. Crushed stone fruit, lemon, limes and some minerality on the nose and crisp acidity and juiciness on the finish. Love it.

Wow and only $19. A perfect first course wine. Another SommSelect choice. Advice: serve at 50 degrees. Best at a 30 minute decant.
