This has the rounded was of a white burgundy with a subtle musty depth of a pouilly fuisse. Not a typical gruner veltliner but clean and incredibly good.

Tart and pretty, not at all a pushover. Underripe pear, early summer white peach, fresh hay, crushed gliricidia leaves, faint peony, and a solid, bracing acidity that broadens after a bit of time in the glass.
