I got a really strong citric Acid feeling from this wine. Also slate, Green - maybe Apple, but definitely green, a bit of peach. It’s not harmonious enough for me to drink as an aperitif.

Pale yellow color, nose of cream cheese, yellow plum, green apple, and mineral, fresh and clean, medium body with lively acidity with tastes of yellow plum, lemon skin, lime zest, and almond cream, mild green olive bitterness at the finish, straight forward, clean finish.
