Fassprobe, Rebholz at birth is always quit closed. So this is nothing different. But you can smell and taste the potential for a great wine and within 8 to 10 years it will peak.

Potentially over the hill I’m afraid! Wonderful nose with melon, orange juice, honey and white flowers. Palette lacked the punch I wanted, medium acid (or med minus on my scale given I skew towards high acid wines), a bit hot and flabby, not enough presence or lingering finish. Not bad at all but for the price I would go for something else
