May 10th, 2019Clear light yellow color. Nose of pomes and underripe peaches. Some good mineral added to the mix on the palate. Firm acidity from entry through finish. As someone else said, a great intro to German Riesling.

Jan 10th, 2021Mineral taste right off the top and so sweet. Tastes of green apples and some citrus. Not my favorite but will drink if I have to. Ok so this got better with food. I did a baked avocado with spicy grapefruit chermoula and wine seemed less sweet and more mineral in a good way. So I think paired with good, spicy food, this could work.
