Being Kellerberg the most aromatic expression of the Wachau area it had found a lovely balance with the minerality that has come out
So dawn good and easy to drink that disappeared in no time😜

This wine has a medium lemon hue and developing aromas and flavors exhibiting deep concentration and complexity. We immediately noted the mouth-watering acidity that gives this wine lift. Aromas and flavors include an array of crisp apple, just ripe peach, lemon and mandarin peel, honeysuckle, white blossom, white tea, wet slate, and lanolin notes.

Despite its refreshingly crisp qualities, this wine has a medium body, medium alcohol (13% ABV), and a textural richness that lingers on the palate. With more time, we could see this wine developing additional layers of petrol, honeyed, and dried fruit characteristics.

Good balance of acidity and sweetness, also mineral-flowers balance, would be very good with food

Spectacular - exactly the profile I love in Austrian riesling. I have had some equally spectacular Kellerbergs from Knoll when the vines were so young they weren't "supposed" to be this good - now that they've presumably got thicker trunks it's a no-doubter. Fruit so bright you gotta wear shades. Neon electric energy. It has icy cool refreshment even when it warms up to room temperature.
