👃Purple fruits, ash, tar, mint and nitrates(like canned meats) all added to the red fruits of DAY1
👅Spicy plum and cherry hard candy are out front. This is open for business now. There is precision to the flavors. Fresh. Elegant. Med body. Soft tannins that leave a slight astringency on the cheeks and tongue
Significantly better than DAY1 = 9.2 pts
Day21
Revisited the last glass and this is the same as DAY12. Drinking well but will benefit from more bottle age. This is one of the best German pinots that I have had and looking forward to where this is going
