20 years out and still in great shape. Touch of petrol on the nose, fresh apple, beautiful acidity. Yummy.

Oily texture, peaches and pineapple pith. Leaner than expected.

Perfect with Thai food

More Yule. With a pork and a turkey meat pie. Acid cut right through the heavy food. A tad past its prime but still lovely. Drops off a bit in the middle, but gorgeous long finish of lemon and stone fruit, with wet stone.
