Light lemon yellow. Hint of petrol on the nose. Still with vibrant fruit and acidity after 24 years in the bottle. Fermented dry with 11% alcohol though Auslese level ripeness. Drank well with Thanksgiving turkey.

Light straw, day bright. Medium++viscosity. Nose sees brine, motor oil, honeysuckle, honey, Palette sees honey, fennel, long, complex finish. Still some good acid left in this wine. Complex, delightful, great bargain at ~$20.
