Most complex Riesling I’ve tasted! Petrol, crisp apples and pears on the nose with slight hint of truffle. Aromas carry through on the palate with intense minerality and a glycerol mouthfeel. Rich, high acidity and overall delicious!

Considerable improvement over last tasting. Decidedly more mature but the acidity is unchanged. Lots of delicious apples here now.
