Simple, tasty. Fairly sweet. Moderate acidity made snappier by the bubbles.

Fun and easy. Exotic/tropical nose, bright and punchy palate. Very refreshing. "Troken" with some cushion of RS to it. Reminds me of bruts with higher dosage pushing 12g/l

the only way I'd love this more is if I was sitting on a beach with a bottle or two of these fun bubbles.

Though dry, there seems to be a hint of RS, big bubbles initially (settles then fine bubbles remain), though really had to work to get that cork out. I've opened hundreds of bottles of bubbly, this was one of the most resistant in memory. The pressure was simply not behind it. I'm guessing the CO2 had stabilized quite a bit.

Otherwise the wine is delicious, crisp, apple and pear evident, touch of ginger, some gravel, with a fine mousse. This would be a spectacular addition to a few sushi rolls.

Ridiculous value, shows what people are missing out on when they overlook German bubbles.

Yellow apple aroma. Tart apples and light but with some creaminess on the palate, mild acid balances the sweetness.
