Niederhäuser Kabinett Nahe Riesling

Off dry and energizing the way cold weather sunshine is.

With a less than forthcoming nose, it is an off-dry, light to medium-bodied Kabinett with apricot and pear notes supported by balancing acidity. It falls flat in the transition from mid-palate to finish. It’s all over much too soon which is rather disappointing.
