Schieferterrassen Riesling

Lovely smoky/honey/mineral nose backed up with some, bruised apple, overripe guava and dried ginger. In the mouth the mineral dryness rails against the smoky, glycerol and mineral lime fruit

25000 L made last year.. very nice wine (the working horse of the winery) I thought I am missing some acidity but might be just more sweet..

2012. Ripe, ananas on pure smoky schist, wild berries, has weight but moreish
