Trocken Grauburgunder

2017 vintage. Quite golden in color, considering its youth. Apple, pear, lime, agave, crushed aspirin, chalk, chamomile, white tea. Good complexity. Medium+ body, definitely dry. Happy Thanksgiving Eve, especially to all fellow retail workers on the busiest day of the year!

Absolutely fantastic. A ripe, rich nose of citrus, orange blossom, peach and honey. The palate is lush with notes of citrus, orange marmalade, lemon curd, and honey mingled with bright acidity and a hint of sea salt. The finish lingers with ripe acidity and touches of stone. Excellent!
