Vintage 1990 / Striking how young an old riesling can present itself! This riesling is a generation old but you wouldn’t imagine that if you see the colour. Fantastic playful. Very obvious acidity with layers of sweet underneath. Perfect match with a Tarte Tatin à la Paul Bocuse with exact the same tension between sweet and sour. A treat.

Paired with marinated strawberries. WoW after 25 years still so vivid. Full of apple, lime, grapefruit, and lengthy finish.
