Pale gold with green inflections.

On the nose its white asparagus, pepper and chervil notes with faint yellow apple in the background.

The palate shows a sweet acidity (what?) and lingering finish that evokes vegetal flowers, like squash blossoms. This is a wonderful gruner veltliner that isn't entirely vegetal but just enough to make it a GV.

Very light, very crisp as expected. Subtle honey and melon on the nose, a pebble-like mineral taste on the finish. Good choice with veggies, salad, light fish with lemon, spicy food.
