Huge aromas of bee pollen, wild flowers, lemon and lime pith, airy sea air, sultana, and some slate. Fruit is melon, cantaloupe and more. Unreal nose. Palate has just so much energy and an enraging sweetness from ripeness and a skoche of sugar. Extraordinary raciness and concentration and an almost tannic density. So clean and wispy but there is major structure here. Needs air but my god is this delicious. With 5 hours of air this has gotten so elegant and nimble. Just stunning.
