Top Notes For
Matthias Gassner

Nice burgundian touch, 2011 now perfectly ripe, aging-aromas and dominant oak harmonize very well. Toffee, butterscotch, yoghurt, coffee, burnt wood, primary aromas more in the background (exotic fruits, pineapple etc.). Shot this in a sale for ~12€ but this is chardonnay on a very high level with great aging potential.
