I love a good Ungeheuer! Intensive notes of lemons, limes and caramel bound together with flinty goodness. Racy acidity keeps you reaching for that glass. Suffers from the same problem as all good wines...the bottle is too small! Paired well with chicken, pesto and barley risotto.
