(2020)Unreal nose, so salty, so briochey, so good. Unreal depth, so complex and serene. Salty and creamy, so and so dry and has to be zero dosage. Reserve wines and mostly 2020. 2 years on yeast. Unreal mousse. 1.4 dosage. Extra Brut. Sapid, so elegant and just crazy bubbles. saline and salty and also brown butter. Stunningly pure. Made in the evacuation bunker of WWII. So fine. So great. Wonderful. 100% Pinot. BDB coming. Nose is so precise. The brioche is so clearly defined.
