Medium gold; medium plus intensity aromas of honeyed stone fruit, apricot, white peach, peach skin, canned peach, petrol; off dry, medium plus acid, low alcohol, medium plus body, pronounced intensity flavors consistent with aromas; long finish, incredibly rich and honeyed, but well balanced, outstanding

had a tough go with this one the first time, too much sweetness and honey and not enough acid bite/balance. this time around had it with food and totally changed the experience. delicious with a variety of summer salad and chicken dishes and definitely brings out more character with food.

$24 terrific value. Did not come back to the remaining half of the bottle until 4 days later. Held up remarkably well.

The perfect pairing for a cayenne ranch chicken sandwich (and fried pickles) from Slim Chickens. Deep gold in color with notes of peach, mango, honeysuckle, grapefruit rind, and chalky minerality on the nose with zippy acidity and a balanced minerality that gives this selection plenty of weight and complexity. Really fun to drink.
