Aug 20th, 2017Baked pineapple, super ripe nectarine, a little creamy custard, orange flowers, red papaya, passion fruit, quince, candied ginger, candied pink grapefruit, confected mint. Unmistakably good Scheu-iness and good length on the finish. Can't wait to see where this goes over the next few years/decade!
