Transparent deep yellow, some stickiness. Though a scent was quiet, the scent of a gardenia drifted slightly with the scent of compote of an apple, or a jam of a grapefruit. Brave acidity and tightened bitter taste.

Located on the banks of the Moselle River, above the Mosel region where the world’s top Riesling wines are produced, you’ll find Weingut Clemens Busch. This 2019 vintage trocken Riesling has a beeswax aroma, tastes of green apple and lime. a hint of petrol and defined chalk and slate on the finish. The acid is balanced with the dry finish. Good stuff.
