Blind I wouldn't have been able to say it's a German Riesling, although it has much more Riesling characteristics today than yesterday evening upon opening. Yesterday it was bone dry, with a bit of co2 and only pineaple on the nose. Now there are still those pineaple notes, but orange and lemon peel touches too. There is a touch of vanilla too. The palate is still bone dry, but now there is a nice lemony touch, and a bit of creamy thing in the end. The finish is really long and intense. Yesterday evening I was disappointed by the wine, couldn't recognize a German Riesling. Now I like it much more but it's quite a peculiar expression.

High acidity and light body. Strong pineapple with some minerality. Completely dry. Not a classic style but excellent.
