Opened for a day. Breath-taking creamy weight pretty much hid the riesling acidity. Minerality more delicate & crystalline than the pulsing quartz this cru sometimes gives. Fruit extremely refined, nothing over-ripe. Very, very impressed by winemaking quality in this— I’ve usually preferred the Juliusspital or even the state wines. Buy casewise.
