Trocken Pinot Noir

Ringer for cooler vintage and village Burgundy. The use of oak seems pretty high though. It's really high toned w nutty components. Super interesting

Great silky texture with complexity smell.
Drink now but still keep it.

Smoky notes, which is something I seem to detect often in the German Pinots I have tried thus far.

A few days shy of 3 years since my last btl. Strangely, I see no note for that experience. On the nose: soft game, dense pomegranate. pomegranate molasses, soft herbs...my wife loved this btl, which slightly surprised me. On the palate: fantastic acidity, vanilla, dense pomegranate and wild sttawberry, soft tannin on the finish. Stunning right now.

I thought this was one of rhe best German pinots I tasted at a recent wine club meeting focused on German wines.

Unbalanced to me, stalky, acidic, bitter

시원한 베리향, 허브향, 바닐라향. 신맛과 쓴맛이 적절하게 섞인 깔끔한 맛. 생각보다 긴 피니쉬. 오래 버티지는 못한다
