This is the “R” which is the top Weiss from Battenfeld Spanier. Noble nose. Smells like 1er Cru White Burgundy. Palate has terrific energy but acid is a bit low but it remains exceptionally balanced. Loads of finesse and complexity. This is really well made and so refined. This is terrific.
