Grüner Veltliner

PnP from a liter bottle. Funk, pineapple, must on the nose. Amber, straw in color. Medium bodied with sharp, tart fruit with a slight effervescence and a viscous finish. Surprisingly complex for an aged gruner.

So nice and crisp, easy to drink.

Light acidity. Perfect on this warm day

Lightly acidic. Grass and pear

Paired well with Wienerschnitzel

Steely lean mineral, straightforward gruve.

Not my cup of tea, or glass of wine, but it's drinkable with low expectations.
