This is delicious in a mellow sort of way; it doesn’t kick down the door like it’s raring to go another 10 or 15 years. Ever so slightly browned or bruised pit fruit and apple, preserved lemon, black tea, smoke and salt, floral elements, the palimpsest of honey. Drink soonish

Acidity that doesn't punch you in the face, has residual sugar that balances perfectly. Very good

Dry Riesling, but has a hint of residual sugar, which balances nicely with the acidity. On the nose beautiful petrol. A little green on the palate, with unripe peach and mineral.
