Enjoyed at novelkc. Great food wine. White flowers, white rocks, wax, lemon pith, white grapefruit, green apple, yellow pear skin. Nicely textured, paired well with many different elements of the meal from hamachi crudo to fried okra, and James even said that it went well with the grilled lamb!
